Nutri-intensieve handcrème

Deze lichte handcrème, verrijkt met abrikozenpitolie en aloë extract trekt snel in en voedt en beschermt de handen tegen schadelijke invloeden van buitenaf.

De abrikozenpitolie, die zeer rijk is aan omega 6 en 9, is afkomstig uit de Himalaya. De abrikozenboom werd in Nepal geïntroduceerd om de voeding van de lokale bevolking te diversifiëren. Intussen wordt ook nuttig gebruik gemaakt van het restproduct, met name de pitten. De boom groeit op 3000 meter hoogte in zeer zuivere lucht en de productie is niet intensief. Zowel het verzamelen van de abrikozen als het persen van de olie gebeurt door boerinnen in Nepal. Wij hebben hiervoor een project opgezet met lokale coöperatieven in Nepal.
